Jacki Belile\">Dear Eden Family,<br><br>Our first Eastertide story is the story of the pilgrims on Emmaus Road from Luke 24. Wandering around in grief and fear, they encounter the Lord (unawares).\u00a0 It&#8217;s not until he breaks bread with them that they realize his presence, <em>that it is him.\u00a0 <\/em>Join us Sunday morning for reflection together on\u00a0this story.<br><br>On this unconventional, unscheduled journey we find ourselves on&#8230; we may understandably be disoriented, questioning, in great need for companionship and understanding.\u00a0 Wherever we are, he will find us and meet us. I&#8217;ve been blessed to feel Christ&#8217;s steady comfort as we break bread in new ways.\u00a0 (Also, I had a meltdown after going to the grocery store Wednesday, a humbling reminder of my own sense of vulnerability in this time.)\u00a0 God continues to provide us all with the Holy Spirit, and with the commitment to travel this road together.\u00a0<br><br>I hope you&#8217;re doing what you need to find rest and to unplug in ways that are so essential for physical, emotional and spiritual immune systems.\u00a0 Me, I&#8217;m taking time off April 20-25, and will be only available in an emergency.
